Gwen Sparks Sullivan is a strategist and designer building brands, services and experiences that people love and businesses need.

Gwen brings 15 years of expertise leading human-centered design and strategy for global companies like IDEO and Nike, and as a start-up founder and mentor. 

Managing global, cross-functional projects and teams, Gwen builds strategies grounded in user insights and develops designs to yield meaningful results.


Ryan Sullivan
Environmental and Graphic Design

Ryan Sullivan is an environmental and graphic designer specializing in public spaces, cartography, data visualization, wayfinding and brand identity.

Trained as an architect, Ryan practiced architecture and urban design and worked with Jan Gehl in Copenhagen, Denmark. In 2010 Ryan founded Paste in Place, a graphic design studio focused on data visualization and information design for “place.”

Ryan translates complex data into compelling visual stories, and creates intuitive graphics and experiences that connect people with place.
